Welcome to our Company

Founded in 2010, ResQ Bookkeeping services customers from all over Australia. We can cater for all types of customers from business owners to private individuals.

Our strength and performance are based on two fundamental aspects: developing a cost-effective Bookkeeping management system, and; maintaining a personalised relationship with our clients, of which communication is a key element.

We work in partnership with our clients advising, implementing and monitoring business solutions to achieve our client’s personal and professional goals. Our client’s needs are individual and are dealt with in a friendly and personalised way.

We are members of a professional body, Australian Bookkeepers Network and, through our own in-house training standards, we can ensure a qualified and measurable standard across all our client’s accounts.

Our business clients include small to medium-sized businesses in all of Australia’s varied sectors including media, charity, professional practices, property development, healthcare and manufacturing.

Lissa Burton

Lissa has over 30 years of experience within Australia in the bookkeeping industry, providing bookkeeping and office support services to a vast sector of industries, I am accredited in Certificate IV in Finance Services, Certificate in Foundation Tax and a registered BAS Agent NO. 12425004, as well as having completed numerous other accounting and Taxation courses.

Lissa has a passion for helping business owners. She enjoys working on challenging files and rescue work and also works in collaboration with clients’ accountants to resolve issues.

She provides her customers with expert advice, professionalism and peace of mind.

Amber

Senior Bookkeeper

Amber gained her Bachelor of Business- Accountancy degree though Qld University of Technology.

She has extensive experience in the areas of accounting, reporting, forecasting and budgeting, payroll, internal controls, policy and process development. She is passionate about accounting and working on the more challenging projects.

When not working with us, Amber balances the life of a busy mum, with 3 children, husband and dog Milo.

Cassidy

Bookkeeper

Cassidy has been a valuable member of The ResQ Bookkeeping Team. She has a strong background in bookkeeping and administration work and is very thorough in approach.

She has completed a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and provides reliable and efficient service to ResQ Bookkeepings clients in the areas of bookkeeping & payroll.

Outside of Work Cassidy enjoys painting with her twin sister and spending time with her two cats, Theo and Leon.

Brenda

Brenda

Voluntary Senior Administration Officer

Brenda is a longstanding and integral member of the ResQ Bookkeeping Team. She has extensive experience in all aspects of Administration & secretarial services and is assistant to the Managing Director.

Brenda has developed and implemented contemporary policy as well as advising on policies, procedures and structures that support continuous improvement.

Brenda enjoys spending time with her family outside of work.
